Metevo

Panel bender
Salvagnini panel benders balance productivity and flexibility for both high-mix/low-volume and large-series sheet-metal fabrication. With universal tooling and automatic handling and bending cycles, each machine minimizes setup and operator intervention while ensuring repeatable quality on complex parts and variable materials. Integrated adaptive technologies such as MAC3.0, the proprietary bending formula, and a series of advanced sensors automatically compensate for variations in material and ambient conditions, eliminating waste and rework while keeping processes stable and consistent. From compact panel benders like the PX to fully automatic panel benders such as the P4, the range delivers high throughput and consistent angles with low energy consumption, helping contain operating costs.
Laser system
Salvagnini fiber laser cutting machines L3, L3.G4, and L5 combine speed, accuracy and ease of use to optimize cutting across mixed materials and thicknesses. These systems combine intelligent process control and laser cutting automation to deliver consistent quality and a low cost per part on fiber laser cutting while reducing operator intervention. Native nitrogen/oxygen cutting is broadened by the ACUT option, a solution that enables compressed-air cutting with productivity similar to nitrogen but significantly lower assist-gas cost. Each metal laser cutter is available with different source powers that unlock performance typically associated with higher-power lasers, supporting lower energy use and a reduced cost per part across a wide range of materials and thicknesses.
Flexible Smart Line
The S4+P4 Flexible Smart Line is the most efficient flexible manufacturing system on the market for sheet metal processing. A smart, flexible production line integrating punching and panel bending for fully automated, lights-out sheet metal manufacturing.
